What’s new?

Well hello there and a happy new year to you.

I could go on about 2016 and how miserable it was but I figured you have all heard enough about that and probably know the just of it.

So instead I am going to talk to you about what’s new in 2017 and focus on a fresh start.

Goals

So I don’t usually keep New Year resolutions but I am telling myself that I am going to be more creative and cultural in both my life and hopefully for this blog.

I really want to showcase how cultured and arty farty we are in the North East, so what I am going to try and do is visit art venues in the North East and attend events when I can that are all things culture and of course blog about it.

I started well by getting my blog back up and running in 2016 but I really want to give this a go and make it more interesting for you guys my lovely readers.

Speaking of blog

Yes blog, that word that I keep using- I have came up with a new little feature for my blog that I hope to start soon.

So here is my plan for my new feature and I hope you guys can become involved in and hopefully learn something from.

Many of my friends (you know who you are) are fantastic bloggers, I would love to be like them one day. They really have a strong presence on social media and a clear brand of who they are and what they are about on their blog.

So I came up with the idea that I would interview them to find out about why they wanted to blog and what makes a successful blog. I am still yet to come up with a feature for it so if anyone can think of a good name for my new feature please feel free to comment or if you are a blogger yourself please get in touch with me.

Yup so that is my little starting point for 2017, I just thought I would give you a little update.
