I have decided to invest in my blog by upgrading from my free plan on WordPress.com to a paid for plan.
This means that I have more resources to help improve my blog such as storage, social, wordpress support, custom designs and having my own domain. Yes I now have the wordpress.com removed from my URL which I am so happy about.
In my eye this looks more professional and appealing to readers.
Now I didn’t just press upgrade, I had to think about what is was worth and how it would benefit me and if I could afford it.
I have only chosen a year plan to see how I get on and I can cancel if after that if I don’t want it. But if I am serious about Gemma’s Journey (which I am) then I really need to invest in my blog and start to improve my posts and my social media pages.
