I feel like I have lost my way in my blog, I started off writing about theatre, culture, journalism and all sorts of random topics and I feel like I have gone off-piste a bit.
So I am focusing down and thinking about what I really want to write about.
What is changing?
This will all take time but in the first instance, I am going to focus down on my content. I am going be creating content on Culture, Theatre and Events within the North East.
Once I have got my content down and know that you guys like I will start thinking about changing my name and domain- this is pricey so maybe the last thing that I do. Plus I like the name Gemma’s Journey so I might just keep that as I don’t want to scare you guys off.
I am going to change the logo and possibly the colours so it says theatre rather than a receptionist. I am also thinking about changing the layout and playing around with the look of my blog just to get a new feel to it.
What is staying the same?
I am not going to delete any current or previous content as I am proud of it and want it to stay there. You can find it in the uncategorised section, there is now going to be more theatre and culture content.
I will still post Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7pm.
And I will still be the same old me.
I felt like I was using my blog as a diary and creative outlet to talk about any old rubbish and you guys didn’t want that, so I need to start focusing on writing about what I am passionate about and what I know you guys love.
